Is parking available at Prestamex house?
We are unable to offer any on-site car parking spaces, however, please contact us if you have special needs and we will try our best to secure a parking bay for you. There is some free parking in and around Preston Park or you can use the "pay and display" offered by the Travelodge hotel which is only a few steps away from Prestamex House.

If you are travelling from the town centre, buses numbered and 5 and 5 A to "Nestor Court" bus stop will get you to Prestamex House very quickly and conveniently.

Lunch and refreshments throughout the day will be offered on each of the training courses.

There is a canteen at Prestamex House where you can purchase additional hot or cold food and drinks. The canteen is open from 08:30 to 15:30 Monday to Friday.

Most training courses run from 9.30am until 4.30pm with a couple finishing at 1.30pm. Please try to get to the training at least 15 minutes prior to the start time to ensure everyone is there for a prompt start. Upon arrival, report to the main reception on the ground floor. You will then be collected and taken to the training room.

Yes,  providing that you give us notice of at least 5 clear working days. It is also possible to "roll over" any course fees to an alternative event date.

Do you offer subsidised places on your training courses?
Yes, we offer two free places per course to the voluntary sector. These are allocated on a "first come, first served" basis and you are therefore advised to contact the training administrator as soon as possible to secure a free place.
